Shipping policy

We use USPS shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $50. Items are processed and shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday). After an  order has shipped it can take 2-5 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather.

Tracking Information

The customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-3 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Wild Xpressions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
