2. Where are your products made?
All of our products are designed and produced through trusted US-based fulfillment partners to ensure premium quality and fast delivery.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipped shortly after. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package in real time.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin production shortly after an order is placed, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at wildxpressionsllc@gmail.com if you need to make a change.
7. What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll replace or refund the item right away.
8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each product is made-to-order, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
